it is possible that it may be die ware... lots of flow lines.. maybe some flattening
but LIBERTY and IGWT does not show the same issue (thickness with thinness at the 2 and 8 o'clock on the date).

Looks like a minor DDO to me, you can see the thickness/distortion, corresponding throughout the date, in the same places. Very similar to WDDO-004 and WDDO-007 but think yours may be different. LINK https://doubleddie.com/2586937.html -makecents-

The OP's coin has the classic shape to the 0 (for a minor DDO). As he said, thinness on the upper right and lower left of the 0. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
