I think this might be one of those black beauty coins. What do you think?

No, black beauty only applies to nickels. Looks to be a normal dime with some dark toning.

Sorry I'm lucky to get them posted. Why does it only apply to nickels?

Yep
Toning
Very evenly black toning.
Could be easily mistaken.
I often question nickels only.
But I'm definitely still learning.

Nickels are a copper/ nickel alloy
Dimes are a copper/ nickel clad over a copper core.

You can see light and dark areas on your dime with the toning is wearing off on your coin. On the Over annealed planchets, the colors don't show two colors. The planchets are darkened, not a coating on the surface like your coin is showing.

So do you think it's a good find and how much could it possibly be worth

It is just environmental toning, worth 10 cents.

From point of view of material of the coin (metallurgical), JimmyD was correct. If annealing default on clad will be dull yellowish light brown but the side of the coin will have the normal clad coin color.
