Both appear to be good enough to list as doubled die reverse cents on coppercoins.com

so this is a strong strike but why is it doubled died?

The bar on the left or right of the Statue is doubled on the die, making it a doubled die. All coins with with those dies will have that mark. The strong, medium or light is just a reference point I use to keep track of them. Strong only refers to the bar and not the strike. All are normal strikes with the die being doubled. Hope this helps.
