I am insterested if there are any errors or doubling on this Quarter from 1983 or it could seems like that because of poor condition of the coin?

Please explain where you see errors or doubling.
This should be done on any enquires to help us help you.
To me it just looks like a normal quarter with circulation
wear but you might be seeing something I don't.

I see normal type of quarter and no others things. The UNUM has an hit an dispatch the material and same the leaf over the A in dollar touch due to an hit in A.

In the Motto area, there is circulation flattening/die deterioration die wear with an aging die.

This would be a worn die issue. As the 1983 quarters were hubbed with a new, new master hub that year. I was surprised to see that much die wear on that year. (I had to update my information before I posted this comment) Just extreme die wear mostly.
