1994 quarter has this doubling on chi. And lips also smooth sloped . Not shelf like. Is this a k or. Variety or doubled die? Came-Across-A-Find!-1994--Washington--Quarter--Opinions-?

Please post full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse. Then, post 2 or 3 close-in and sharp photos of the issue areas. Thanks.

Opinions? We all agree much better, full photos of the entire coin ( both sides) are needed.

Your pic is not clear to many of us. Please show full pics of both sides, right-side up, and explain what you are seeing. No one knows the meaning of "chi", or at least I don't.

I'm going with Ch'i. It usually originates from the center of the body but why not the forehead.

Fredrocoinman, I think it is nothing more than MD or deterioration but that's why they want to see the rest of the coin, to help you figure it out.

I forget what it is called, but it looks like the mint worker polished the border at the field and the device.

It is nothing. Worth $0.25 when it was minted, now can buy about $0.19 worth of goods. Spend it fast before it drops anymore.

Your post is just word salad - Makes no sense.
