Found this a few weeks ago while sorting pennies and have not been able to match it up with anything. The ones that it looked like the most were the proof but even though this is an extremely nice looking coin I wouldn't think it a proof. Any suggestions where I might be able to find out some more on it, I've already checked coppercoins and CherryPickers Guide.

I'm by no means an expert but I see no signs of doubling.

Now disregard what I said and let the experts tell us what's up :D

I don't see any sign of doubling, except something goning on with the date.
Most likely not a DDO.

Eject doubling. The coin stuck to the die while the feeder arm was pushing it out of the way for another coin. The design gets scooped up on one edge. No premium value.

The area in question if you look at the shape of the digits, nothing is larger as you would expect on a doubled die. They are all the same size with just some metal pushed from the ejection of the coin from the mechanism.
Note on this coin which is a small date over a large date 1960:

Note the size that the digits are increased? The die is doubled and every coin struck with that die will look just like that. Hope this helps.
Here is a circulated example I found. Compare with your coins image.
