It has the look of a doubled die and only in the one area so I was leaning towards a DDR. In hand there is some contour to the device and not flat and shelf like. Machine Doubling is seen on the outside/inside edges of the devices. On yours there is a reduction on some of the devices. As already mentioned, this is Machine Doubling.
