@rw, that looks like Machine Doubling to me on that ray, but I'm interested to see what others think.

Thanks Spence. Could be a high bounce md. It has the look of a doubled die and only in the one area so I was leaning towards a DDR. In hand there is some contour to the device and not flat and shelf like. I could be wrong but after three I was thinking there may be something there

Keep in mind the DDR/DDR will be in the central areas of the designs. Machine Doubling is seen on the outside/inside edges of the devices. On yours there is a reduction on some of the devices. As already mentioned, this is Machine Doubling.
