What's directly behind the head would appear to be some sort of push or slide MD. The other areas look to simply be some sort of damage or possibly type 2 counter clash, cannot tell for sure but is unusual and cool looking. Let's see what others say.

I think I mislead you the other day when I said some sort of MD, behind the head. It actually looks like "Plating Disturbance Doubling.

The die may have been altered during a polishing, if the affected area was polishing into the deeper part of the bust design there. That is the only thing I can thing of that would affect that area. We often see extreme die wear on the back of the shoulder area.

thanks coop, if you look at the first pick and you can see how it flows over the shoulder you don't see it in the close ups just a little in the sideways pic.
The die may have been altered during a polishing, would make cents. And Plating Disturbance Doubling. on the head.
