What would this be that makes the word appear blurry?

Given the 3rd photo posted, I's say that years of circulation wear and a touch of Die Deterioration have contributed to what we are seeing. Not at all uncommon with older Lincoln cents. Not a mint error.

Can't tell anything from the first two photos but the third photo shows Die Deterioration, a common occurance as the die ages.

Thanks. The first two photo are full pictures of the coin. The third is the questionable area. It's die deteriorated. I'm just trying to understand what each of these look like. I have looked at many videos and photos. But asking question seems to help me better. I just found one more I'll post soon. A 2022 dime.

In the future We'll need much better close ups, and please, no screen shots from microscopes. Thanks.
