I checked a couple of sources and could not find a doubled braid for a 29S.

Does this look like one?

Looks normal to me. I would post a full, clear obverse shot along with these closeups you're posting. Helps to determine the overall condition of the surfaces, die state, whether there is any Mechanical Doubling present, etc.

If you are looking at the neck, that looks like a bag mark there. In order for something to be a doubled die, it will be raised. Incuse marks 99% of the time just damage to the coin.
