Hi I am new to the forum and am looking for advice on a 1942 Mercury dime I've had for years. It has a major strike through on the reverse of the coin. Please let me know if you think this was done at the mint or is it a damaged coin. And also if you do think it was done at the mint would it be worth sending off to be graded? Thank you in advance for your advice.
