Hi, I recently acquired two Bavarian Thalers. What's interesting is that on the obverse, the 1771 coin has "IOS.U.B" to the left of the portrait, and on the 1774 coin, it has "IOS.U" to the left of the portrait, with the "B" to the right. Does anyone know more about these coins and varieties? Thanks!

This was a long series with more than a few variations. No special meanings to any of them as far as I know.
