Hello. I apologize in advance if I don't know proper terminology. But just looking for any info on this coin. Is it man tampered with or is it a mint error.

Always show both sides of the coin when posting.
Sometimes this can be important.
From what I can see from the one side, your coin has been
ground down and considered damage.

The first pic is enough to see it is a post mint damage. The coin was tooled.
