Is there any way to know approximately what date or even year my ICCS coin was graded?

That being said, the cert tells you something. Crimped certs are older than uncrimped. 2 letter certs are older than 3 letter. I asm going to guess the cutoff for 2 letter certs was around 2012 or so. I would guess the crimped certs ended maybe 10 years before that. Just a guess though.
