The small dates on the Denver coins are about 50/50 with the large dates.
Is-This-A-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date

(On this coin that area was flatten on this coin)
The Philly ones on the small dates, are a premium, where as the Denver ones are common. On the Small date over Large dates have the large zero on them:
Is-This-A-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date
Is-This-A-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date
Is-This-A-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date

Do you see the enlarged zero in the date? That is the first clue on these.

CoopHome: How can you tell a large over small date on the 1960 cents? What you look for on small dates to identify them?
