The small dates on the Denver coins are about 50/50 with the large dates. (On this coin that area was flatten on this coin) The Philly ones on the small dates, are a premium, where as the Denver ones are common. On the Small date over Large dates have the large zero on them:
Do you see the enlarged zero in the date? That is the first clue on these.
