i really dont know. like it looks just like extreme DDD on the back but it also looks like maybe its a flawed planchet or Lam error? like the metal looks to be somewhat damaged. or is it some kind of super precise environmental damage or PMD. if you guys have any idea please tell me. thanks. looking at it again it looks like the top of the hair looks to be doubled as well.
From the photos that are not real clearr, I think that it looks like mechanical/machine doubling. It's caused by the die being loose in the holder/keeper so it slightly moves rotationally in the nanosecond after the strike has been made. It's fairly common and the problem is solved by tightening up the keepers for the die.
