I am having difficulty determining proper description of this coin. Is it mortar set.or double punched.re-engraved.double 7 or what? Can't find relevant valuation info as to whether it is more or less valuable than a regular curved 7 variety. Any assistance would be appreciated. This is my first post to forum.please excuse any mis-steps. Thanks.
This coin would appear to havee a rotated repunch [double punch) of the 7. This is one of 12 different Reverses that you can find and is illustrated in Charlton's 68th edition in the Variety section.
