Hello. I'm thinking a lamination error and a weak reverse strike? The rim looks intact on the reverse. Just would like other opinions. I don't think it's damage but you would know for sure.
TY

Probably a pre-strike lamination that fell off of the coin before the strike. If it came off after the strike, the reverse would not be weak. It is, so I feel the lamination jumped off, before the rabbit died. (using a time sensitive illustration for that time period = before the coin was struck/born)

I think coop said it perfectly. A pre-strike lamination, indicated by the weakness of the reverse. Very nice!

That is a good one. Is that another lam line on the reverse coming up from the right wheat stem through the A to the E, or just a scratch?

Makes a person wonder, how this circulated as much as it did before it was found. I guess that shows how many of us there is.
