I have a history of confusing other things like Machine Doubling as a double die. This penny looks like it might actually be a double die, but I don't trust my judgement so can someone give me a second opinion? thanks

The pictures of the ica an ite don't show too clearly, so to clarify I'm talking about the indentation running the middle of these letters

Looks to me like maybe DDD on the tops of those letters.

The OP is referring to the sunken center of the letters. I have seen this often on the zincolns and always wrote it off as a combination of Die Deterioration and plating issues, nothing special though, OWE, just a spender.
