I'm in the MS64 camp. What are the two short E-W parallel lines at the T in CENT?

Those are on the airtite, if not, they are die scratches. I wouldn't have put this in an airtite if they were hits.

I think this is a 66. A good reference is to look at the 66-67 slabbed coins. PCGS is surprisingly lax at 66:

Then I also some 66s in the auctions that look like 67s to me:

Hilarious watching you guys grade levels of uncirculatedness. To me and most of the British world, its a shiny US cent that would be called a keeper. No doubt you guys probably paid like $50 or something for it, when I would pay 10 cents at most, because its a modern penny. 1970 is not old or historic, its the year of Brady Bunch, Jimi Hendrix, long hair and flares and Helvetica bold lettering and bright orange dayglo everything.

If it was 1870 I may be impressed, but this coin - oh heck naw!

I will admit though, I never knew the statue of Lincoln appeared in the middle, I have dozens of Memorial pennies and have never noticed that until now.

Don't get me wrong, its a stunning coin and great lustre and with a superb strike. However a bit of grubbiness on the fields and its not FDC or even Superb. I would grade this between Choice and Gem Uncirculated in our money, about a MS63 in your money.

Free for me, gp got it in a roll, probably for like 6 cents.

It's obvious you have no appreciation for Memorial cents - like most. That's just fine, to each his own. However, if you were to ever start a collection, you'd quickly realize coins this nice are quite difficult to find.
