I've been fortunate to come across a pretty big stash of unsearched and uncirculated 60 & 70's cents so I'm hoping to post more finds like this in the foreseeable future. Here's the first nice variety found.

Can someone elucidate why the upper tip on both MM's have a dimple? I haven't noticed this on other MM's before, thanks.

I enlarged the pics in the listings and VV's pic for the 70S mm and cannot see it. Maybe an anomaly unique to your coin, possibly a struck though?

Afterthought: Could not be a struck through, being on both your mm and re-punching. Not sure....

On the mint mark and the re-punching, in the same exact place, too coincidental in my opinion, and if it's on the listed coins, I cannot see it.

I cannot make sense out of it.
