I've been fortunate to come across a pretty big stash of unsearched and uncirculated 60 & 70's cents so I'm hoping to post more finds like this in the foreseeable future. Here's the first nice variety found. 1970S-1MM-002

That's a good one as it's pretty tough to find and a nice RPM. Well done!

Thanks for the comments CCF!
Can someone elucidate why the upper tip on both MM's have a dimple? I haven't noticed this on other MM's before, thanks.

I enlarged the pics in the listings and VV's pic for the 70S mm and cannot see it. Maybe an anomaly unique to your coin, possibly a struck though?
Afterthought: Could not be a struck through, being on both your mm and re-punching. Not sure....

Thanks makecents, at least I know I'm not seeing things that aren't there :)

Quote:I would guess that is just PSD, just a guess On the mint mark and the re-punching, in the same exact place, too coincidental in my opinion, and if it's on the listed coins, I cannot see it. I cannot make sense out of it.
