Hi everyone. I got this from a local store and was checking it out under my coin microscope and came across these weird punched number's. I can't seem to make them out but I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before or if it happens to be normal? Any info is greatly appreciated. Sorry the pics are cruddy but I do not have a better camera right now.

First off, , lots of good answers here!

Good photos by the way, enough to explain that it is highly unlikely it would be punched numbers, this looks more consistent with either a die gouge with reed contacts from another coin at two different events and they managed to be at the same position.

The only way to have extra punched numbers is if it was done after the coin was struck.
In your case those are look like reed markings from another coin. Just damage.

Incuse on the coin would mean damage to the coin on that area. They are not the same size as any devices on the coin. Looks more like a dime reeds added to that area of the coin from what I can see. (Not numbers)
