Hi
Just wondering the grade on this worn coin?
Also, a relative typed " R. Peppard" on the folder, I tried googling the related info with no luck, what does that mean?

I'll say G-06, possibly VG-08.

I'm at G6 though the glare on those photos makes it a little hard to tell. All the elements are there so it's above AG but there's very significant wear for sure.

I'd say the 'R. Peppard' is probably just a previous owners name.
