It is a MD with flat and shelf like doubling all towards the same direction with no enlargement of the devices.

Note on your coin where you are looking is not a doubled die.
1. Note you are looking at the outside/inside edges of the devices.
2. On that area, the contour of the devices were removed. (typical for Machine Doubling)
3. The devices are actually smaller than normal with the contour removed. Also note the curvature of the devices are gone, and that area is flat showing a 90 degree angle on those areas.
A DDR would look more like this:

The devices would be enlarged on the centers of the devices, also showing no 90 flat edges on those devices. (typical for Machine Doubling) Machine Doubling is caused by the machine. A doubled die has the doubling on the die. A doubled die can have machine doubling, but Machine Doubling never makes a doubled die. (They are altered normal dies, with the machine alteration)
