First thing I did not send this to be graded. I received it as a gift. I needed a 1950 for my graded collection. Second I am very grateful for this gift. Third and last thing, this is why grading is tough! For me anyway! Pictures are through the plastic

Given the images posted, it likely falls in the MS63-64 range--somewhat tough pics.

I'll say MS-64RD, reverse has some apparent issues.

64 at the best luck. Normally. Some times the TPG are out and you can be lucky.

It's red but I would not submit something like this for myself. Will reveal this afternoon. No one close yet. Exactly why it's so hard to grade in addition it does NOT have exceptional luster. I also see several contact marks.

this is a toughie as its difficult to see if the areas of discoloration on the obverse(coat) are just that. marks across the jaw. minor marks obv right field. I'm not sure it makes 64. so I'm at MS63+RD

After looking at coin in detail it was I think it was properly graded. I know you guys probably don't think so but the picture is magnified so much it's showing very minor flaws in great detail.

Yeah.pictures can be deceiving sometimes. I make my guesses based on what I see in crappy pictures and what I think the coin really looks like. It's a 50/50 thing! Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong.
