no mint mark means it was struck in Philadelphia.
Other than that I don't what your question is, they just look like common steelies.

Safe to assume the reverses on both coins are similar condition-wise to their obverses?

Being that you are a new member I need to mention that the better the photos that you post the better we can help you.This pic is a bit out of focus and a bit too much glare. Also, the coin on the right looks bigger? Always best to post one full coin photo of the obverse and one full coin pic of the reverse as well as one or two close ups where and when needed.

those are rare to find in change so they are nice to have because they are different however, they are not worth anything in that condition, put in your collection until you can upgrade

The sizes of the devices, look normal On a DDO they could be enlarged:
