A quick question. I'm putting together a top pop set preferably in NCG and occasionally buy PCGS if it presents it's self. If submitted to NGC for the crossover, could one specify that the grade remain the same? I've not yet tried this route, although I have cross graded and those being returned has on a few occasions changed by a point. Which was fine. Thanks in advance!

When you submit a coin to NGC for crossover, you can specify a minimum grade for the crossover, as long as the minimum grade is the same as or below the grade on the original holder. For example, if the original holder is MS-63, you can specify MS-63 or lower as the minimum, but cannot specify, MS-64.
