Hi again CCF,
I have here, what I believe is a a 1919 Wheat penny that was minted on a already struck dime. That I can only assume is from the same year. Any info. would be greatly appreciated. And any references to value would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Just_N_Luck

That is a copper planchet that the 1919 cent was minted on - cannot be a cent struck over a dime. The planchet would be smaller and silver.
Also, the photos you posted are great, but you don't need that many at first.

@just, it looks to me like someone has rubbed mercury on this cent, perhaps as part of a science experiment. You can confirm though that it isn't overstruck on a dime by measuring the weight.

If it was struck on a Mercury dime, it would be 90% silver and smaller.
What you have is a wheatie that has possibly been plated.

Plating a coin ruins the collector value.
