There are two rim-to-rim bisecting die cracks known on the 1994 obverse. I honestly can't say from your photos but you might check cuds-on-coins.com to try and compare yours against the known ones. http://cuds-on-coins.com/rim-to-rim...u-s-coins-2/
Coin appears cleaned. If there is a slight trench, then it is a coin scratch. If it is raised, it might be a die crack, but it seems too straight to me. Note the area not affected under the jaw to the bow tie. That is a heads up, for damage to me. If it were a die crack, that whole line should be raised. If not, it could be a damaged coin.
