Looks more like a die flow line issue on the die, rather than a doubled eyelid:

On a doubled eyelid, they should rise above the design and be at the same angle as the eye:

Shaped more like a lid or eye device.

The line at the bottom of the 'N' on the reverse looks like a scratch to me, However, I think I see a die chip on the same 'N' at the top right.

(nice images posted BTW)

The OP's coin shows no die flow lines mimicking the anomaly to disqualify it from being a doubled die . The shape and angle of the anomaly matches the tip of the eyelid. The angle of the lighting and the shadows created shows the anomaly to be in relief on the coin. That there is no established listing means nothing on minor doubled dies.
Nice doubled die eye on a nice coin.
Congrats.

I'm with stoneman227. I tried to post last night but the site was fighting me.

Congrats on the find!

I'm in the "Congrats on the nice doubled eyelid" camp.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
