Obverse looks G-6 and reverse looks VG-8, I think overall it might make VG-8.

I'd agree with AG3 as well, due to lack of full rims.

That's the intriguing thing about this coin: The usual AG-3 Morgans have more complete rim obliteration and the outer parts of the letters are worn level all around. Is it a "3½"?
