on better closeups needed, and there are known S/S rpms, but no known over-mintmarks (omms) for this date.

At least with the pics suppled so far, the mintmark looks filled in, such as with circulation flattening or die chips, but I'm not seeing any split serifs. A really good close-up of just the mintmark would help. Thx.

I'm looking at your first pictures and I'm seeing die cracks running from the mint mark to the rim and from the mint mark to the bottom of the bust so it's most likely a die chip.But better pictures would be needed to help you with the coin better.
