1964 Lincoln Penny, Me Vs. Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

I have a1964 penny that looks some doubling on the obverse even though I have not been able to find a reference for DDO. DDR yes, but not DDO. So I wasn't sure if this was due to ME, a broadstrike or what? Any help would be appreciated. I apologize in advance if the resolution isn't great on the photos. Also, I took a few from different angles since it allows that "doubling" appearance to show better. Report this Post to the Staff

On the first image to me it looks like the devices have been flatten to look wider from coin flattening making the devices look enlarged.
