MS64 for me, the head is a touch flatter than the MS65 and 66 coins I've seen, otherwise the luster is good and next to no scuffs or hits I can tell, the obverse is just not well struck up in the center and shield areas, the stars look better struck, overall a lovely example.

A real beauty! Well struck with frosted devices and nice luster. I'd say a solid MS-64.

My great-great grandmother worked the red-light and opium scenes of Carson and Virginia Cities in the late 1870s. Obviously, this quarter is one that didn't pass through her operations.

Very nice, this would nicely fill that hole in my Carson City type set  . I'm also thinking MS64 or MS64+.

Most likely Unc, but there are slide marks on the upper arm and Liberty's left leg.

Thank you for all of your kind comments. @NFTW - I didn't include the price in the original post because I feel that sometimes posting the price of the coin colors the grade that some give. If anyone cares, I paid $1,005 for this coin and ANACS graded the coin as per the image below. I thought it was a great looking coin for the grade it was given.

When I was doing some comparisons of your original photos to other coins sold online at mostly auctions, I saw a lot in the MS61 and MS62 grades similar in strike, but I thought yours had much more luster and quite a few less marks, this might be a good candidate for a upgrade, unless there are issues hidden we just can't see, it's a nice coin.
