Those are terrible overexposed photos. Appears to be a typical bullion silver coin - value is silver spot price plus market premium.

The seller claims that the coin is BU. But I am confused by the roughness on the coin field especially around the eagle.

I don't know if it has been cleared. The photos of this seller are not always good, sometimes they can only alert than give a reason to buy.

Based on the images shown, I would say the coin is AU (not BU) and, as nickelsearcher has already stated, is worth melt plus the ASE market premium of a few US dollars.

If the coin you posted above is the coin the seller is , umm, unloading - it is certainly not a BU ASE.
no mint mark indicates that it is a bullion coin - minted for its silver content and investment. As stated above, these usually sell for spot + $9.00 USD here in one of my LCS (Local Coin Store).
this one has damage on the rim (obverse) at K-830, a ding on one of the rays of the sun, and what looks like many other tiny impact hits all over it. Then there is the yellowish toning near the rim which looks unattractive to me.
My question is this: What is the seller asking for this ASE?
