i don't know what I am doing wrong. I have been ordering from the us mint without issues but its getting out of hand. My orders keep getting cancelled no matter what I try. I have tried calling, creating an account with them before ordering but I still get the same thing. And this has been the same issue with a new friend I also told about the united states mint. If there was anything wrong on my end. He also registered and did everything properly but the orders still keep getting cancelled. I just order gold and palladium. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. They keep telling me my billing address does not match mean while they are the same details I have been using for online shopping. Please guide me on how I would bypass this issue . Thank you

Last year, someone tried to use my credit card number (fraud), so the bank cancelled it and issued me a new card. I went into my account at the mint and entered the new card number thinking that would take care of things. After some of my orders got cancelled, I realized that you had to go into each and every enrollment and enter the new card number or it would get cancelled. If you're buying from enrollments, check that...

My billing address matches with what I have with my bank. I once used use to for a lesser priced coin(American Liberty One-Tenth Ounce 2018 Gold Proof Coin) and it went through. But anytime I try and get a big order like the American Eagle 2021 One Ounce Palladium Proof Coin or American Liberty One Ounce 225th Anniversary Gold Coin. they cancel my orders. I'm sure I'm not the only one facing this issue. Its really frustrating when you make orders and they get cancelled knowing that all the details are correct. I also told a friend of mine to try ordering from them and he also got the same problem. He's a new customer

I have done all the necessary things. But it seems the customer care services don't even know what is going on. I called the customer care but they also don't know what the problem might be. So I'm here if I am the not the only one experiencing this and if any one knows how I can solve this issue. My banks approve every charge but it keeps getting cancelled Thank you

There could be many reasons your orders are getting canceled like: - you've been deemed to make too many returns - you're listed as a flipper - your credit card declined the charges - your credit code and credit card number don't line up
But based on the US mint saying your address doesn't match start there. Look at at your billing statement, Is your address and shipping address the same 100%?
Did you put something in the 2nd address field, did you add an apartment is your street address the exact same (st not street)
Considering this is happening with high value items, it could be that the enhanced checks are catching something or did you file too many claims?

I make sure all the details are correct and there are no errors with both the billing address and the card details. Even even I have made many orders which they ended up cancelling them. Is this the same for a new customer with a separate billing address having the same issue? ordered 5 separate items and they all got cancelled. You can try to see. If I'm the only one facing the issue

You can thank the flippers for the super strict billing address checks. Flippers were inserting stray characters to avoid the automated HHL check, but then delivery services would automatically correct the minor address mistake.

If you are using a five digit zip code in your shipping address but your billing address is a nine digit zip code THAT can be a problem.

This whole thing sounds suspicious at best.
Customer service can help with everything you need.
I think there's something else going on here.

But since it was damaged and not stolen, my bank kept the card active until I got my new one. THEN, it started - I needed to update all my accounts with my new card expiration date (my card kept hte same number) At the mint's site, I update my card information and as I was in the process of confirming the correct data, I got a pop-up asking to " add this card to all your enrollments?" I clicked YES and I was done. Now I did go back and confirmed that the payment was correct in my enrollments - which it was all updated...
