i have a 1988p dime that I would like some thoughts on. here are a few pictures to look at. if need any more dont hesitate to ask. I'm by far knowledgeable on this and I appreciate any and all thoughts and advice. thank you

This dime has something called Die Deterioration Doubling going on here.
Pretty common on many coins.

Note the year. This is just die wear on the older style of dies. The Single squeeze dies will have the DDD. They have the lower profiles and affect the fields mostly on the outside edges of devices. On the Older style dies you will see more breakdown on the devices. DDD starts altering the fields, the Ridge Ring sets in. When they are polished during the Ridge Ring showing, then the devices will be polished away more often. The difference is that ways the dies are created with the high or low profiles. Both are die wear, but react different on the dies.
