The SMS dimes were struck in very low numbers of strikes from fresh dies. They were in sets give to some mint employees. Probably these sets will never be broken up. Your is just a normal die example. Markers for the SMS dimes are below:

They are not proof coin either. The strike was different on these:


The strike is different. Less strikes with the dies and probably struck twice so they matte appearance is noticed on all of the SMS coins. Your coin is just a BU coin. The die state is LMDS. Not showing the die flow lines yet. But not a SMS dime.
