Now I look at the coins of Nepal on the trading platform, they seem UNC to me, but I noticed that almost all coins have a part of the pattern minted very poorly, some green on silver or with white spots. Is this normal?

For example, on these coins you can see some green pollution and a white spot.

It's likely been stored in a container that contained PVC.
Some metals are more susceptible than others to this "rot" and perhaps that's why you're noticing a pattern.
The goo will rinse off with acetone but there will likely be pitting and corrosion underneath.

Both coins are silve. I thought silver was less susceptible to PVC.

I've cleaned a lot of PVC goo off silver.
