It looks like these scratches never touch any of the design elements and are completely isolated to the fields, you don't see that with Feeder Finger Damage. FFD would go directly into and over the design, there's no reason it would avoid it. Report this Post to the Staff

With the black marks at 3:00, I'm going to say it has been thru an old rubber wheel coin counter. Maybe got stuck there for a couple of seconds, enough to scratch the surface.
