Appears to be a Horizontal Feeder Finger Damage on the Obverse near the letters of Trust and Liberty? Any thoughts? Thanks.

I think this is PMD. It looks like these scratches never touch any of the design elements and are completely isolated to the fields, you don't see that with Feeder Finger Damage. FFD would go directly into and over the design, there's no reason it would avoid it.

most Feeder Finger Damage gets rounded and smoothed fairly quickly, to me this looks more like abrasive PMD

The scratches look new. With the black marks at 3:00, I'm going to say it has been thru an old rubber wheel coin counter. Maybe got stuck there for a couple of seconds, enough to scratch the surface. You'll see them every once in a while, in OBW rolls of coins.

Dimes have the horizontal FFD die altereation. Looks like field die scratches.
