I know I am breaking the rules about one coin per post, but wanted to share why I am calling my "Die Progression" collection. I have 6 of these 1973 D Kennedy's that display these same issues to one degree or the other. I am currently on the quest to figure out which came first - the clash or the break. I have numbered the images by individual coin. I am only posting 3 of the coins and only coin 1 with full coin obverse/reverse as it is my most recent find and the best example of the clash that I have found. Please let me know if I am correct in referring to this as a die progression collection and maybe if you are collecting similarly.

Thanks!

@mrb, that is an interesting group you have there. With regard to which comes first, a die clash or a die crack, my initial thought is that it isn't necessary at all for them to occur in a specific order and indeed may have occurred contemporaneously.
