Please show both sides of the coin. They may both look the same but it's helpful to see the entire coin to determine what may be going on.

to the CCF. This might be a magician coin, we need a picture of both sides. There will be a circle line around the rim on the other side.

oh, please post pictures of both sides - in good focus.
If this coin had a double obverse, there will be a seam somewhere on it where it was assembled.

On the lower neck area, there is coin wrapper damage or vending machine damage on that area. (Same for the reeds) Damage can happen any where on a coin. If the mark is incuse, the probably was altered after the strike.

sorry it took so long to respond I tried to look for some kind of proof that it was put together I just don't know don't know what else to look for... Appreciate everyone's input

This would be considered I guess the reverse I don't know if you can see the little Mark on the cheek

Weight? Looks like a line on the obverse goes all the way around the rim.

Not a winning quarter. Most coin tosses are called 'Heads'. So two heads would be catch this one most times. Two reverses would be a better choice.
