Either a slider AU-58 or lower uncirculated probably up to a 63/64 highest. Since there is weakness in the middle band is incomplete it can't be full split bands.

I'll say AU-58. I think this has changed hands a few times.  to the CCF!

Your 2nd shot of the obverse killed an otherwise nice clean coin ; so now it's AU-55 for me .

MS62 The coin appears to be MS and the no light photo is tilting the grades to AU58. When taking photos, try to capture what the coin looks like in hand as you will get more accurate grades.
