Im not really seeing any notching on any of the letters, so it don't look it. If it were the big DDO, it would be glaringly obvious .

See and to me I'm seeing the word IN as IIN and inside God is all kind of lines from the doubled letters

Then there is the two lines from the cross bar of the T in cent as die marker

That's not the famous 1955 DDO cent that is very obvious and can be seen with the naked eye. I don't think it's the poor man's double die either.

Just an aging die struck your coin. They get a lot worse as the die ages even more:

This happened at lot on the 1950's wheat cents. They over used the dies and created a lot of strange looking coins. Not a premium for them thought. People snag them as "Poor Man's Doubled dies" and later realized, that if they paid a premium for these "So Called" doubled dies, then went they to sell them, they would be the "Poor Man."

@Spencer Are you using a reference site like Variety Vista or Wexler's Die Varieties while you search? If you're not, I highly recommend doing so, since it will greatly cut down on your false positive rate.

As for this coin, I'm not seeing much of anything but an ordinary circulated Wheat cent that looks nothing like any of the well known varieties for this date.
