The title pretty much says it all, the magazine called it from Philadelphia, we all know Denver was the place.

That is a great visual diagnostic with part of the motto being missing.

The lack of thickness of the metal allows a weak strike on these. The thickness of the die instead of a quarter will leave a weaker strike on the coins. (even true for missing clad/cladding on a planchet)
