depends on what sorta look you like but acetone I would say peels away patina and will give you a sand blasted look/way too shiny if you don't control the amount of time you soak coin for.
If you have bought bulk pennies unless they are store somewhat properly they will have a tonish look to them with ones left outside have a melted look to them as oxides pool where the moisture gathers, the worst coins are still detector finds or coke cola cleaned coins.
1920 penny dot and the bottom of bottom scroll.
Oh usually the 1946 and 1925 are the ones missing since they are key dates, but it seems your dad has the 1925 or at least that what I can barely make out, nice that he didnt put sticky residue on that one.
