They don't consider that at all. They go by the way they are struck. So when considering buying a slab, look for the better die state, rather than the plastic. Given the coins that year we special. But seems like they should consider the strike a lot more on their grading. CoopHome: Graded coins failings. Die states. Look closer for better die states, rather just a coin in plastic and take there word for the grade. (your grade counts as well) Not happy, move on to a different coin, or just pass them all by.
