That is a very nice die chip over the B. Looks like the B was obliterated. If it was over just a little bit more to the right, it would be called a BIE

To CCF , Hmm , usually only wheat cents in the 50's have filled dies in LIBERTY . This one might be worth a couple of bucks .

Looks like both posts broke off of the die and a bit deeper into the die. Thus it rises above the devices. When there is a void on the die, the coins will show a raised area on the coins.

Note how the void above the post has left a raised area that can be seen above the devices. That is where it broke off below the post itself on the die. That raised area is the part of the die that has broken off the of the die.
