I was told that any error in LIBERTY was in the bie error category. Just wondering if this fits the description?

BIE are in these devices. I'm not seeing anything there? The marks on the top of those devices are master hub related and is on all the 1955 cents from all three mints.

It does look like a BIE, with a small break along the R. But photos aren't conclusive, as there are a couple things that can look something like this, most notably a struck through retained lamination. You should be able to decide if it is a break in-hand to make the call. It is a BIE if so.
