1955-D Lincoln BIE Error Or Eir Error

But photos aren't conclusive, as there are a couple things that can look something like this, most notably a struck through retained lamination. You should be able to decide if it is a break in-hand to make the call. It is a BIE if so. Report this Post to the Staff
