Unfortunately, in my native language, the amount of information about US coins is much less. I checked several English language websites and it looks like Machine Doubling for me (is that correct?) A doubled die comes from a doubled die, die. Machine Doubling is caused by the machine. You can have a Machine doubled Doubled die: Note the yellow arrows point at the Machine Doubling. But Machine Doubling never creates a doubled die. Only a doubled die, die can do this. (thus the term, "doubled die") CoopHome: What is the difference between a doubled die and Machine Doubling?
